ORDERS
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 to 15 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Each item is prepared and checked individually before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
However, you may contact us at passionsdames@gmail.com if you notice an error — we’ll do our best to help.

Yes, we ship worldwide from France.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How do I proceed with a return?
To start a return, please contact us at passionsdames@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Returns are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an error on our part.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Once your return has been received and verified, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Our pieces are developed in France and produced in carefully selected European and Asian workshops, combining craftsmanship and contemporary techniques.
Are your items made in limited quantities?
Yes. Most of our garments and accessories are produced in small runs to ensure quality and exclusivity.
